Success stories in waste prevention
Success stories in waste prevention Clean Production (PIUS). The precedence of waste prevention specified by recycling management and waste regulations is not only valid in Germany but also in the European Union.
The European topic centre on waste and material flow (European Topic Center on Waste and Material Flows - ETC/WMF) collected "success stories in waste prevention". The best proposals have now been published in the Internet and provide the EU member states with important proposals for some activities. This information is of particular relevance for EU expansion on 1 May 2004.
From a total of 14 EU states, 91 projects have been selected - 17 projects came from Germany including the PIUS-Internet-Portal . We are looking forward top the recognition of our work and regard it as an incentive for you to remain active!
